COVID-19 Patient Appointment Information

Our COVID-19 triage process will now be attended inhouse when you enter the clinic.
You do not need to ring the clinic from your car before you come inside.
Please present to our concierge when you enter, the triage process will then be attended prior to your appointment.

Please do not enter the clinic if you have:
Fever, Chills, Sore throat, Cough, Shortness of breath, Runny nose, Recent loss of taste or smell, Gastro symptoms, or a known infectious condition.

If you are unwell with any of the above you will be directed to see a doctor in the Bug Hub – our Infection clinic or via a telephone consult.
If you arrive at the clinic with these symptoms please ring reception to inform them and an appropriate appointment will be made for you.
Face 2 face and phone appointments can be made on line through Hotdoc our on line booking system.
